Children: For the safety of our clients, staff, and guests, children are NOT permitted to accompany patients into appointments or treatment areas. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit and attend your appointment without children.​ Our staff cannot supervise children during appointments, and patients must be able to focus fully on their treatment without the responsibility of monitoring a child. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and professional environment for everyone.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your visit. A valid debit or credit card is also required to hold your appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid penalties. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as same-day cancellations, will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged the remaining balance of the booked service. Important Notice: This facility does not have a physician on-site at all times. All consultations, approvals, and oversight for treatments such as injectables, weight management therapies, and other medically delegated services are performed by licensed providers through virtual protocols.
